In this episode, I sit down with one of my good friends, Allie who is also pregnant. Allie White is a Reiki Master, Health Coach, and Slimwave Technician. She is a mother of 3 boys and is expecting her 4th child in July.
In this episode, we talk about pregnancy judgments, anxiety, as well as expectations vs. reality during pregnancy. Allie shares insight on all of her deliveries with her 3 previous pregnancies and what she plans to do differently this time around with a holistic approach.
Including the discussion of hypnobirthing, a water birth, and the change of scenery from hospital to a birthing center.
