I reflect back on the many ways I have been working on my fertility journey, what I have learned, and where I am headed. I share some of the highs and lows of the different aspects of my life. Including the bumps in the road along the way (such as Endometriosis, Mental Health, and Nutrition), as well as the impact of working on each aspect of my life to help toward my fertility goals.
Next month is ENDOMETRIOSIS AWARENESS month: Each March, millions worldwide observe Endometriosis Awareness Month in recognition of the estimated 176 million women suffering from the disease.
